Flexibility is the ability of joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain-free range of motion. flexibility varies widely from person to person, minimum ranges are necessary for maintaining joint and total body health. Stretching is also play an important role in flexibility. The more stretching we do, the more flexibility will come in our body and the body will be fit.

Muscular strength

Muscular strength is the force you can exert or the amount of weight you can lift. muscular strength measured how much weight you can lift for how many time. Basically you can say its measure your stamina.

Muscular endurance

Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform repetitive contractions against a force for an extended period of time. The more endurance your muscle have the more number of repetitions you will be able to complete. And there are lots of benefits to endurance like good postures, Fewer injuries, better sporting performance and reduced fatigue when exercise and many more.

Cardio respiratory endurance

Cardiorespiratory endurance refers to the heart and lungs delivering oxygen to working muscles during continuous physical activity. There are lots of activities to increase cardiorespiratory endurance like jogging, walking, swimming, aerobics, rowing, stair

climbing, skiing, cycling, and many types of dancing. There are many types of sports like badminton, soccer, basketball, squash, and valley-ball may also improve cardiovascular endurance.

Fitness is crucial to health and welfare as well as the capacity to carry out routine daily activities (ADLs) without becoming overly exhausted. In addition to preventing chronic diseases, physical activity and exercise training programs should be created with the goal of enhancing each of the essential elements of health-related physical fitness. (e.g. heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.)

Regular exercise or physical activity keeps our muscles or bones strong or improves our cardiovascular health, respiratory health, and overall health. Doing an active body to maintain a healthy weight helps me too. By being physically active we can improve brain health, reduce disease risk, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve every movement in our body.

Just as physical exercise is necessary for our body, In the same way mental exercise is necessary for our brain i.e called as meditation. So meditation is always important for living a healthy life Ever noticed how your body feels when you’re under stress? Your muscles may be tense, especially in your face, neck, and shoulders, leaving you with back or neck pain, or painful headaches .

Exercise is a powerful fighter to depression for several reason. It promotes all kind of changes in the brain including neural growth and new activity patterns that promote feelings of calm and well-being. And there are lots of benefits to improving mental health like we can avoid depression, stress, anxiety, ADHD(the symptoms of ADHD and improving concentration, motivation, memory, and mood), sharper memory and thinking, better sleep and more energy.

Even without the gym, we can bring good fitness to our body by walking, doing yoga, or dieting. I am the thing about our diet, what kind of food we eat, what time we eat or how much oily food we eat, if we want to stay fit,  then we should make yoga a part of our life. And supplement is not important for our body but nutrition is important for our body we can also take natural nutrition along with yoga and walking. There is no side effect of natural nutrition on our body, nutrition as green vegetables, soya, chicken breasts, fish, eggs, and milk.

 if you don’t have a trainer and have joined your exercise class to get your fitness. Not knowing what you’re going to do with your workouts can be a huge hurdle. planning can take time. if you need to do it. every time you workout you may start to avoid the process altogether. If we do it by making a plan, then without it any part of our body and every part of the body can get equal time tomorrow and the body can develop.
